2016 Basketball Registration Now Open
Registration for our 2016-2017 basketball season is now open! Sign up before July 31st to get the best price and secure your spot. We have offerings for kids from age 5 up through 4th grade for girls and 6th grade for boys. The rookie (ages 5-6) season starts December 3, 2016 and ends February 4, 2017. All other age groups start November 19, 2016 and conclude on February 11 or 12, 2017, with a mandatory evaluation day November 5, 2016 for players in the 5th/6th grade division. 2016 Flag Football coming soon
Flag football registration for grades 3-8 opens March 28, 2016! The season will run from August 27 to November 5, 2016. Register before July 1 for the lowest rate. For more details, see the Football page.

2015 Basketball Registration Opens 5/22/15
Registration for 2015 Basketball for boys and girls in grades K-5 opens Friday, May 22nd! Register on or before July 15th to get our early-bird discount. Registration closes November 1st, but space often fills up before that point – don’t delay! Click here to register online.
The first games will be on November 21, 2015 and the regular season will end on February 7, 2016. Games will be played on Saturdays and/or Sundays at Foothill Middle School located at 2775 Cedro Lane, Walnut Creek. All players in the 5/6th grade division must attend a MANDATORY EVALUATION DAY at Foothill Middle School on November 7, 2015.
At WCYAA, everyone plays! Every player, regardless of experience or ability, will play at least two full quarters from start to finish of each game.

Flag Football is an excellent alternative to soccer and tackle football. Participants learn team play and true football strategy. Rules are designed to promote safety. There is room for every ability level.

2014-15 Basketball Season
Registration for the 2014-15 Basketball season is now open online for the Fall/Winter season for:
Boys and Girls age 5-6 for the Rookie Division
Girls in Grades 1st through 4th grades
Boys 1st through 8th grade.
Grades are determined by the grade the player will be in this fall.
Rookie Basketball registration is also open for players ages 5 and 6 who will not be in first grade in September.
